What you get (60 lbs of beef): With the purchase of this package, you can expect the following approximate breakdown:

• 24 lbs of slow-cooking cuts and roasts (an assortment of chuck roast, tri-tip, short ribs, cross-cut shanks, stew meat, etc.)
• 12 lbs of Steaks  (an assortment of rib-eye, filet mignon, New York, top sirloin, flat iron, skirt, flap etc.)
• 24 lbs of Ground Beef

Packaging: Our packaging is all vacuum sealed with clear plastic, and fully labeled so you know exactly what you're pulling out of the freezer to thaw!

Storage: You will need close to 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space for a 1/8 beef. For reference, a normal kitchen freezer is about 5-6 cubic feet (less if you have an ice maker).  We recommend getting a deep freezer that does not automatically defrost, as this feature can shorten the overall shelf-life of the beef.

Refund Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. It’s important to understand that by reserving your share of our herd your deposit is used to plan the buying, raising, and processing of your cow for you. We appreciate your understanding of this and advise that deposits can be transferred to another person if needed. Thank you for trusting us to raise your beef.
